Please, need your help with my problem. My problem is the fear of driving and cause an accident or run over a people. This problem arise when we traveled to Tabasco and bus hit us causing me a mental disorder. This the reason of my publication on this page. Today I´m afraid of the some fear that the accident left me. I appreciate your help, because I really need it.

Hi Carlos. Sounds you are maybe coping with some type of anxiety disorder. However, a mental health professional should be consulted for better understanding of your condition. If you live in Chetumal, search for a psychologist that can help you to overcome this problema. There are plenty techniques to use against anxiety symptoms. Time can be crucial, cause the longer you avoid driving, the stronger the anxiety might become (sometimes).
